  • Every item you order at Onlydads is crafted individually with care and precision on-demand by hand. This unique approach sets us apart from other e-commerce retailers. Items returned are not restocked on our warehouse shelves because they are uniquely customized and cannot be resold. However, ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your order is our priority. Hence, you can trust our fair return policy to meet your needs.

30-day Return Guarantee
  • Please note if shipping was free on the old or new order it will still be deducted from the refund
  • Simply return your product within 30 days of your receipt date. If it doesn't fit or you don't like it, just email us at dreamsphere@onlydads-store.com or call us Toll Free:+8618768562272. As a print-on-demand provider, we can offer you the following return options:
  • Exchange for a new product or size.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned as they are made to order
  • Customer is responsible for sending the return back to Onlydads Returns at 20819 Currier Road, Suite 400, Walnut, CA 91789, United States. Just included the reason why. (we do not provide return labels).
  • Order must not be worn, washed, or used, if it is your return will be denied.
  • If your product comes damage, misprinted, or defective please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you at no extra cost, please DO NOT SEND IT BACK TO US.

What ls Your Return Policy?
  • Returns are available for all eligible orders, and requests must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify. Refunds will be issued for the order total minus a 30% restocking fee, excluding the original shipping fees. Please note, once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for return or refund. Anything over $100 cannot be returned

What if My Order ls Defective, Wrong Size, or Incorrect Product
  • Send us an email with attaching photo(s) and we will send out a replacement within 72 business hours!

Where's My Refund?
  • Please allow up to a week once order has arrive back in our facility. Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to show up in your bank.

If I Return An Order For A Refund, How Many Days Am I Allowed Before Being Denied?
  • A 30 day window is provided by Onlydads! Day 1 begins on the date of purchase Day 30 is the day we must receive returned package from you

What happens to returns?
  • Each product you purchase from us is exclusively unique and will not be resold. Rest assured, returned items are treated with care and are not discarded or wasted.
  • Donation: Onlydads ensures that all returned items, as well as any products with misprints or production errors that don't meet our quality standards, are donated. We do not resell any returned or imperfect items, choosing instead to contribute them to meaningful causes.

Why Is There A Re Stocking Fee?
  • There is a restocking fee because each product ordered is made on demand just for you. Since they are made just for you we do not re-sell any returns but we actually donate them to people that need it. Therefore that is why we have our re-stocking fee in place.
