At Onlydads®, we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. Our goal is to ensure your items are processed quickly and delivered safely from our US-based warehouse.

1. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE (0.00 USD).
  • We offer free shipping on all products, with no minimum purchase requirement.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days.
  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Eastern Standard Time.
    • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same day or within the handling window.
    • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are shipped directly from our **United States warehouse**. We utilize premium carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days.
  • Total Delivery Time: 4 – 7 Business Days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

Please note: While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier and destination.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
  • PO Boxes: We recommend using a physical street address for guaranteed delivery. Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of shipment.

6. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and in accordance with state and local tax laws.

7. Changes to Orders

If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of placing your order). Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we may not be able to modify it.
