Refund policy

At Onlydads®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@onlydads-store.com.
- Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return in your email.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@onlydads-store.com.
