A: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

A: Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Total estimated wait time is typically 4–7 business days.

Q: Will I be charged customs or import duties?
A: No. Since we ship from within the United States to US addresses, there are no customs fees, duties, or hidden import charges.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number immediately. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once the warehouse has processed the order, we cannot make changes.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact our support team to start the return process.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@onlydads-store.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you right away.
