Exchange Policy

Exchange Window Exchange

  • Exchanges must be returned to us 30 days from the date you received the package. We can only process an exchange one time, anything after that you will have to place a separate order for the correct item.

Exchange Process

  • In order to exchange please send an email to dreamsphere@onlydads-store.com stating your reason for the exchange including new request for sizes and colors. The exchange must be for the same design.

Exchange Guidelines

  • We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days. Once we receive your exchange any product that has a handling time of 1-2 days will take 3-5 business days to reship. Any product that has a handling time of 4-7 days can take up to take 6-10 business days to reship. Please note customer is responsible for shipping cost. Exchanges can NOT be refunded. Maximum 1 exchange per order. We do not accept exchanges from Accessories or Home & Kitchen products.
  • Items purchased from artists from Onlydads marketplace are custom-made and printed just for you. If the size you ordered isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer easy and fast exchanges. To get started, just email dreamsphere@onlydads-store.com Please include order number and size you want to exchange it for. Please note exchange only qualify for same style and color and Exchanges are only available for Apparel.
